Placing an order with us means that you accept the following terms and conditions, If you do not accept these terms and conditions, then please do not place an order.
Terms of sale
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through our site.
1.2 Payment for all products must be made by PayPal, credit or debit card. You must be the authorised owner of the paypal account or credit or debit card used to place your order. if you are not, you must have permission from the owner of the paypal account or debit/credit card. If we have found the payment method you have used is stolen or fraudulent, your order will be rejected and you will be reported to the authorities. When paying by card, your billing address and post code must match the one that your card is registered to or this will be rejected.
1.3 We have a strict payment system in place. All fraudulent or suspicious payments will flare up straight away. If you payment has flared up as fraudulent, you will be contacted by us and your order will be delayed. You will need to confirm a few security details, if we do not hear from you or you are unable to confirm these details, you order will be rejected.
1.4 Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in your order, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
1.5 Prices are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders which have already been placed.
1.6 Delivery costs are shown on our Shipping page.
1.7 When placing an order, you must give us your full & correct delivery address (the house name/ number, street name, town, county, post code and country- if outside UK) if we find your address is incomplete, we will contact you to confirm your address, which results in your parcel being delayed, once we receive your full address we will send your item. If you have given us the wrong address, and The Courier or Royal mail are unable to deliver or your parcel becomes lost, Please refer to section 2.3.
1.8 All Orders are shipped the next working day. All orders placed on Friday- Sunday will be shipped on Monday. if you select Next day delivery and pay before 3pm then your order will be shipped the same day, this is not available on Saturday & Sunday's or bank holidays.
1.9 While we try to dispatch all items the next working day, there may be delays beyond our control, such as bank holiday closures or Royal mail/ courier delays. You will be informed of this as soon as possible.
2.0 UK Customers; If you are ordering a 'Pre Order Only' Item this can take up to 10-15 days working days to arrive. Sometimes this will arrive before the 10-15 working days, if not then it will not take longer then 15 working days, please note working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.
2.1 If you have ordered an item in stock & a pre order item, these will be shipped together when the pre order item has arrived. if you would like the in stock item to be sent before the pre order item arrives, please message us.
2.2 Your postage cost and delivery estimate will be worked out at the Checkout based on the weight of the product you are purchasing. The delivery times which are shown on the checkout page are advised to us by Royal Mail or the Courier. Usually all orders are delivered within the stated time frames, however we cannot 100% guarantee this due to postal / custom delays beyond our control which we cannot be held responsible for. For all delivery enquiries, please contact the courier/ postal service directly quoting your tracking number. If you have paid for standard shipping & your item hasn't arrived by the 25th working day then this will be declared as lost and we can open up a claim with the courier to refund you.- we are not able to refund you until the 25th working day incase this arrives before then. The Buyer bears all responsibility for all extra charges such as Import duties, taxes and other customs related charges (if any).
2.3 When checking out we need your full address, email address and contact number. We are unable to send your parcel without these details which will cause a delay.
2.4 All goods are sent signed for, If you are not home to sign for your parcel, Royal mail or The Courier will leave you a card to let you know they have tried to deliver, its your responsibility to collect your parcel or arrange re-delivery within 14 calendar days, if you do not collect your parcel within 14 days, you will no longer be eligible for a return as it has passed our 14 day return period. Royal mail or the Courier will keep your parcel for 18 calendar days, if you do not collect your parcel within this time, they may dispose of your parcel, we will not be responsible for this nor are you eligible for a refund.
2.5 If you haven't received your parcel from us, please use the tracking details in your shipping email to track this. if you have not received them or they are not working, please contact us. If your parcel has been lost by Courier or Royal mail, we will try our best to resolve this, we will open an investigation which is normally solved within 14 days. Please be patient with us.
2.6 If the delivery address you have put down is a public place such as your workplace, we are only responsible for this being delivered to the address, we will not be responsible for what happens to your parcel after it has been delivered, we will not be held accountable if this is lost within your workplace.
2.7 We are unable to cancel any orders. Please return the products to us in accordance with our returns policy.
2.8 If you make a mistake with your order, such as input the wrong delivery address please email us within one hour of placing your order. If your order has already been processed we are unable to correct it.
2.9 All returned items will be provided with a store credit or refund only as long as the goods are not damaged. This does NOT effect your statutory rights.
Items must be returned within 14 days of when delivery was first attempted/ delivered to you- Whichever is first. Returns attempted outside of this 14 day deadline will be denied and returned to customer. For Example, if delivery was attempted on the 1st, but you weren't home and then collected your item from the post office/ depot on the 10th, the return period would start from the 1st as this was the date when delivery was first attempted.
3.0 Items must be returned in their original condition with paperwork attached. We reserve the right to not accept any items which we believe have been damaged or used. We advise you to please be careful when getting items out the box, we advise you not to use knives when opening up packages. If we have found you have used an item and sent it back to us, this is taken very seriously, we will send you back your item and you will be banned from using our website.
3.1 All Returns will be processed within 7 working days. Store credit/refunds will be sent you via email. Please note postage costs are non refundable, this will be deducted from your store credit/refund.
3.2 Store credit is the value of the item you returned ( minus the shipping cost) it can be used on all items and doesn't have an expiry date. Store credit can only be used by the person who it was offered to and only you have access to this code. If you have transferred your code to someone else to use, the store credit code will become invalid for you to use as it can only be used once. Store credit cannot be used with any other discount codes.
3.3 If we haven't received your return back, please provide us with the tracking number - If this is lost and you didn't send this tracked, this is not our responsibility, as stated in our Return policy 'We advise you to send your parcel back through a traceable service as we are not responsible for lost items' You will need to open a claim with Royal mail.
3.4 If you have received a faulty item, please email us at Bradshawsinteriors@gmail.com straight away (this must be within 2 days of receiving it ) This item must be un-used and sent back within 14 days. Once we have received this item back, we will investigate and offer you a full refund.
3.5 Discount codes may only be used from the account it was offered to. Only one discount code can be used per order. Discount Codes cannot be used on Sale Items.
3.6 Any breach of the above clauses may result in your order being rejected
3.7 When using our services we allow a 15 mile radios, anything above the radios we will charge a fee depending on the area you would like us to visit. For more information on this people don't hesitate to contact us.
3.8 Pre- order goods. Please be advised all pre order goods take a lead time of 8-10 working days from payment. Please contact us at bradshawsinteriors.com if you wish to part ship your order.
3.9 Please allow 2-3 weeks delivery on selected products.
1.1 From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the website, or the entire site due to site maintenance. This should not take longer then half an hour.
1.2. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the products and services we provide on this website without notice.
1.1 Unless otherwise stated, we are the owner of all intellectual property rights on the site and the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world.
1.2 Unless you have our permission ( which must be in writing) you are forbidden to use any of the photos published on our website or any of our social media accounts

Returns and Refunds

We hope that you are satisfied with your Purchase from BradshawInteriors. However if you wish to return your items, Please follow the below policy for your return to be accepted:
All returned items will be provided with store credit or refund only.
This does NOT effect your statutory rights.
Store credit is the value of the item you returned ( minus the shipping cost) it can be used on all items and doesn't have an expiry date.
Items must be returned within 14 days of when delivery was first attempted/ delivered to you. Returns attempted outside of this 14 day deadline will be denied and returned to customer.
This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
We are sorry if you have received a damaged or incorrect item. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Number within 2 days of receiving it so we can rectify this for you. Faulty items are eligible for a full refund.
We reserve the right to not accept any items which we believe have been damaged,or have marks on, these will be sent back to you.
To Return; Please fill in the return form and send it back to the full address we have provided on the return form.
Returns are made at your own cost, we recommend sending your items back through a traceable service as we are not responsible for lost items.
